  • Send the wrong items (Customers received the wrong item)
  • Products With Manufacturing Defects.

Wrong item received

  1. If happened that you received wrong item, please forgive our unintentional negligence, we will handle it for you in the shortest time possible.
  2. Kindly feedback to our Whatsapp Business customer service or email to admin@zenjewelry.com.my.
  3. Customers must notify Zen Jewelry people in charge within 7 days if wrong items received.
  4. Customers doesn’t have to pay any shipping fees as Zen Jewelry will bear the shipping fees and all the customers have to do is wait for the correct item.
  5. Please take note wrong items received will be replaced with exactly the same item ordered by the customers before.
  6. In case, the customers would like to exchange items, shipping fees will be bear by customers.

Defective goods

  1. Please feedback to our Whatsapp Business customer service or email to admin@zenjewelry.com.my within 7 days after receiving it. We don’t accept returns for reasons of color deviation from computer display view.
  2. Please take note defective items received will be replace with exactly the same specification ordered. If customers like to exchange items, the postage fees will be bear by the customers.
